Ice-Cream Making By:Ezekiel
In B9 we made some Ice-Cream. We made our Ice-Cream in snap lock bags. The Ingredients that we needed were vanilla essence, ice, white sugar, salt, cream, milk, medium Snap Lock Bags and large Snap Lock Bags.
After we put the ingredients in the right order we start to shake the bags until it turns into Ice-Cream. This is a picture to show what it looked like after we shook the bag.
We made ice cream because we were learning about the 3 states of matter. They are gas, liquid and solid. When making ice cream we observed how the ice cream turned from a liquid to a solid. Then we got to eat it which was yummy!
