 My Trip to Vietnam

My family goes to Vietnam every 7 years. The last time our family went was when I was 2 years old, so I didn't remember anyone. Can you guess how old I am?

The flight was 10 hours long, a boy in my class Mustafaa he went to Thailand. His one was 14 hours... I'm lucky. All I did in the plane was watch movies like Diary of the Wimpy Kid. The thing that I hate most about planes are the landings, its super bumpy.

When we landed the first thing people asked me was, "do you remember me?" I just lied, I said, "Yes." I don't know why? I think it is because I felt bad that I forgot them. After arriving we got into a taxi for a ride. It's boiling hot at night time in Vietnam but in the taxi it was freezing because of the air con. The ride was 2 hours.

During my trip our family went on this boat on this river called Mekong river. We went under bridges. We went to this place where you can swim and you can ride bikes over the water. We were allowed to try and make it to the end of the course and come back on a log/wood, but I didn't go. We swam and got to go on kayaks. When I was on it I was moving the kayak too much so it tipped over and everyone was looking at me, I was just laughing. We spent 1 hour there but it was worth it.
