Mosaics

What did you do?

For art this term I am making a mosaic. A mosaic is a big picture made out of tiles. When you put them together it makes a big image. My jobs were to put the tiles on the mosaic with the glue, sorting out the colours of the tiles and spacing the tiles evenly. 

What materials did you use?

The materials that we used were tiles, wood, a spacer, liquid nail glue, a big wooden circle and a hammer. 

What did you enjoy about doing this activity?

What I enjoyed most about this art activity were smashing the plates, helping glue the tiles, and doing the sun of the mosaic.
